The world is saying “¡Hola!” to an all new AluaSoul in Spain’s Costa Adaje, fresh off a renovation and newly rebranded as of November 1, 2024 as a retreat for those 16 years of age and older. Located on the south part of Tenerife island, just 656 feet from Fañabe Beach, this now modern space overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera is prime for a new wave of visitors.
Before you go, here are some fun facts you might want to know.
Location
This resort puts guests near some of Tenerife’s most popular attractions: Teide National Park, the most visited in all of Europe and boasting Spain’s highest peak; Drago Park, the main attraction of Icod de los Vinos and where the famous “thousand-year-old dragon tree” grows; Los Gigantes Cliffs, which rises nearly 2,000 feet high before a steep cliff face that dips straight into the sea below.
Inclusion Options
Thought all-inclusive in Europe was a thing of dreams? Not here! Guests have three options: bed and breakfast, which offers a full buffet in the morning; half-board for access to the buffet for breakfast and dinner; and all-inclusive, which provides expansive opportunities to enjoy the resort. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Terra restaurant on site are provided, plus late continental breakfast. Between-meal snacks at health-conscience venue Kentia are provided during the day, and a complimentary reservation and dinner at the Mare Nubium restaurant, a modern à la carte locally inspired restaurant, for every week a guest stays. Plus, national and international beverages are also on the house all day, every day at Agua, the lobby bar, and La Luna, which often hosts evening shows.
Terra’s hours are 7:30 - 10:30 for breakfast, 11:00 - 12:00 for late breakfast, 1:00 - 3:00 for lunch, and dinner is from 6:30 - 9:30 PM. Highlights include a healthy corner and eggs to order in the morning, and beyond that, vegetarian cuisine, show cooking, and more influenced from local and global cuisines.
Entertainment
Daily sports activities, daytime and evening entertainment, and live music shows and performances are par for the course at this resort, especially as part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection, where lively programming keep the good times going. For independent amusement, though, surfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, kayaking, deep sea fishing, golf, and off-site excursions, particularly to the nearby parks, should definitely find a place in that travel itinerary.
Poolside Relaxation
Obviously, an outdoor pool is a non-negotiable for this sun-drenched part of the world, but did you know that there’s also an indoor pool located in the spa available for guest use? And in addition to the sun terraces at the outdoor pool for peace and sunbathing by day and live performances by night, there’s also a rooftop set up with lounge chairs and showers with open views of the Atlantic Ocean.
